Product Warranty & Guarantee Policy

5-Year Limited Warranty

All products purchased from our store are covered by a 5-year (60-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase. If any product exhibits material or workmanship defects under normal indoor use, we will provide free replacement parts, a new product, or equivalent compensation.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, the following quality issues are covered:

  • Structural defects: open seams, cracks, severe dents, detached components
  • Functional defects: inability to function properly due to manufacturing flaws
  • Severe appearance defects: abnormal fading, coating peeling, significant color deviation
  • Material defects: non-human-induced material degradation or failure

Warranty Claim Process

Contact Customer Service: Email service@seenyoo.store with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Evaluation: We will assess the issue within 1-3 business days

Solutions Provided:

  • Repairable issues → Free replacement parts shipped
  • Non-repairable issues → Free replacement with a new product
  • Discontinued product → Equivalent store credit (digital coupon)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or abuse
  • Non-standard usage environments (outdoor, extreme temperature/humidity)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by pets or human factors
  • Commercial use or rental purposes

Discontinued Product Compensation

If a product is discontinued and cannot be replaced, we will:

  1. Provide store credit equal to the original purchase value
  2. The credit can be used for any product in our store
  3. The credit is valid for 12 months
  4. The credit can be combined with other promotions
