Thank you for choosing SEENYOO. We are dedicated to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This policy outlines the shipping terms for seenyoo.store, operated by Henan Jiapo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. under formal license from the SEENYOO® brand owner.

1. Order Processing & Transit Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our localized warehouses. Please note the following timelines:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday
  • Handling Time: 2 Business Days
  • Transit Time: 2–4 Business Days

Note: Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For oversized items (such as Modular Sofas), shipping may be handled by specialized freight carriers. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

  • Cost: $0.00
  • Coverage: We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the Lower 48 states.
  • Exclusions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details. The tracking link will typically become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Important Note for Oversized & Compressed Items

Certain products (including our Compressed Foam Sofas) are vacuum-packed for shipping efficiency. Please allow 7–10 days after unpacking for the product to fully expand and regain its intended shape. This natural expansion period does not affect your warranty or return eligibility.

5. Damages, Shortages, and Missing Items

Please inspect your package(s) immediately upon arrival.

  • Visible Damage: If the outer packaging is significantly damaged, you may refuse the delivery. Please note "Refused due to damage" when signing.
  • Concealed Damage or Missing Parts: Report any hidden defects or missing items to service@seenyoo.store within 3 Business Days of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

6. Risk of Loss & Lost Packages

The title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, we stand behind our service and handle lost packages differently depending on the situation:

  • Lost in Transit (Before Delivery): If the carrier confirms the package is lost while in transit to your address, we will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement product at no cost to you. We will contact you to confirm your preference.
  • Lost After Delivery (Theft / Missing): If the tracking status shows "Delivered" to your specified address, but you did not receive the package, we are not liable for the loss. However, we will gladly assist you by providing all necessary documentation and information to help you file a claim with the carrier.

7.Damages, Shortages, and Missing Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. 
* If you notice any significant damage to the outer packaging, please take photos and write "Refused due to damage" when signing for the delivery.
* Any hidden damages, defects, or missing components must be reported to our customer support team at service@seenyoo.store within 3 Business Days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos or videos of the issue.
