At SEENYOO, we want you to love your furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, Henan Jiapo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. is here to help you through a transparent return process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be securely packed in its original packaging (including all pallets, boxes, hardware, and protective materials).

2. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email service@seenyoo.store with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Provide Evidence: Send photos showing the item’s current condition and packaging.
  3. Get Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the warehouse address.
  • Important:Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

To ensure fairness and transparency, costs are handled as follows:

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item (Seller's Fault) We Pay (Full Responsibility) 100% Full Refund or Free Replacement
Change of Mind / Size / Color (Buyer's Remorse) You Pay (Actual Return Shipping) Refund minus 10% Restocking Fee

Note: The 10% restocking fee covers warehouse inspection, repacking, and handling costs for returned items that are not defective.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 1 Business Day.
  • Processing: Upon approval, refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.
  • Bank Posting: Please allow your bank or credit card provider 1–3 Business Days to post the funds to your account.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship.
  • If the item has already left the warehouse, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process (subject to the fees in Section 3).
